Sorry, it makes NO SENSE that God be limited in that way. Time is part of the created universe, he created it because it takes a second for our brains to absorb a seconds worth of data. The mind of God knows all. Christ said I am the Alpha AND THE OMEGA. God does not KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. God knows outside of time. Free will exists.
